Biography
Theresia Töglhofer has been a researcher at the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) since September 2011. Within the Alfred von Oppenheim Center for European Policy Studies she is in charge of a project supporting think tanks in the Western Balkans. Her research focuses on the EU’s enlargement policy and the Western Balkans. Previously, she worked in the Department for EU Integration at the Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs in Vienna. She holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris (2009) and a Master’s in History, with a specialization on South-East European History, from Graz University (2010).
