John M. Roberts is Energy Security Specialist with Platts, the world’s leading independent source of energy information. Platts is part of the McGraw Hill publishing group. He is also a frequent commentator on global energy issues on BBC television and radio and is an acknowledged expert on Caspian and European pipelines. Mr. Roberts has also given testimony to UK parliamentary committees on the Russian and Caspian role in energy security and on Persian Gulf security issues.
