Biography

Miloš Resimić works as a post-doctoral fellow at the International Center for the Study of
Institutions and Development (ICSID), National Research University Higher School of
Economics, Moscow. He is the founder of the consulting company Network Patterns Analytics,
which utilizes tools of organizational network analysis to help organizations improve efficiency,
communication flow and enhance innovation by mapping out and analyzing patterns of
interactions among employees. Previously, he was a CEU Global Teaching Fellow at Eotvos
Lorand University in Budapest in 2019 and a consultant at the Government Transparency
Institute on a project on state capture related to defense procurements in the EU. He was a
Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna and Visiting Scholar at the
University of California, Santa Cruz. He holds a PhD in political science from Central European
University. His research focuses on political-business networks in post-communist countries,
state capture and protest dynamic in hybrid regimes.
