Ivana Hlavsová
Biography
Ivana Hlavsova is head of Head of South and South East Europe Department in Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. She has a Master Degree in Automatic Control Systems at Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University (ČVUT). Since 1993 she was part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Chief of Diplomatic Protocol, Consul General in Los Angeles, Head of Department of American States, Executive Director of Czech Task Force for the Prague NATO Summit General Director for Human Resources and Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Slovenia. In 1992. she was Assistant to the Director of the Foreign Policy Department. Ivana speaks English, German, Spanish and Slovene. She is born in Prague. Her interests are history, architecture, fine arts, travelling, hiking, skiing. She is mother of a daughter and a son.
