Biography
Dr. Andrei Zagorski has been the Head of the Department for Disarmament, Arms Control and Conflict Resolution at the Institute for World Economy and World Politics at the Russian Academy of Sciences and a professor at the Moscow State Institute for International Relations since 2011. He is a member of the editorial boards of the magazines Security and Human Rights (Journal of International Relations) in The Hague, Perspectives (Journal of International Relations) in Prague and the OSCE Yearbook. He is the author of numerous publications on Russian Foreign Policy, European Security, post-Soviet Studies, Arms Control and Nonproliferation and Arctic Studies.
