Miloš Đinđić

Miloš Đinđić holds the position of Senior Researcher and Programme Manager for the Good Governance programme of the European Policy Centre (CEP), a Belgrade-based think tank. The focuses for his policy research and analysis expertise include development and the implementation of frameworks for PAR monitoring, public financial management in relation to the implementation of public internal financial control (PIFC) and government accountability. He also performs analysis of the practice and experience of both national and international organizations in designing and implementing public sector performance instruments. Mr. Đinđić graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Belgrade, where he also completed his Master’s studies in political institutions and institutionalist theory. He also studied European Union institutions and procedures as a participant in the Leadership Development Programme, organised by the College of Europe and the European Fund for the Balkans.
